Horizontal Multistage Fire Pumps Systems for Firefighting Applications
PEDJ Fire pump set consists of a multistage electric pump(driven by electric motor), standby diesel pump(driven by diesel engine), and a multistage jockey pump. Pumps are assembled with discharge pipe and suction pipe as well as Control Panel.And this fire pump system can be customized for different purposes such as high rise buildings, warehouses,facilities,hospitals, supermarkets,shopping malls,villas,apartments,etc.
Electric pump: kinds of end suction pump, split case pump, multistage pump. The pump impeller material made of cast iron, stainless steel.
D series Type is the horizontal multistage ring section pumps and high pressure pump. all the impellers are stacked in single direction on the same pump shaft. The rotors are perfectly dynamically balanced and the maximum stages can be up to 12stages.
Multistage pump can be horizontal or vertical type, with low pressure, middle pressure and high pressure, with application of boost pump, boiler pump, hot water pump and mine pump, etc.
Electric pump, closed coupled multistage centrifugal horizontal pumps its casing is made from cast iron and the impeller can be cast iron, stainless steel, brass. The shaft from stainless steel, mechanical seal is carbon/ceramic.
GeneralType D pump is single-suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal pump. It is widely used for water supply & drainage in fields of factory, mining and city. It is provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid is 0C~ 80C. Permissible maximum inlet pressure is 0.6Mpa.
