Submersible Wastewater 7.5kw Sewage Pump From Yeschamp
WQ series of non-clogging submersible sewage pumps is a new generation of products.This series of products has the characteristics of design spectrum, wide performance coverage, high efficiency, anti-winding, no blockage, automatic coupling, high reliability, automatic control and automatic protection. The series of pumps and motor coaxial, compact structure, easy to maintain.
The submersible sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: motor, pump and seal.The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump, which is a three-phase asynchronous motor.
We use epoxy resin potting inside the cable to prevent water from the motor and prolong the service life of the water pump.Our rotor is made of 304 stainless steel, which can enhance the anti-rust ability of the shaft and increase the service life.
The electric pump is coupled with YE3 high efficient motor with protection IP68 class F,anti-corrosive coating pump case, quality NSK bearings, impeller in two vanes,non-clogging,close but big fluid channels and discharge port with bolts,nuts and gastkets
The pump could delivery water with temperature not higher than 40 ºC. 10 meter is the maximum immersion depth.The solids passage is from 25mm to 75mm.
This submersible sewage pump can be used for evacuation of civil and industrial waste waters,generally moving foul waste liquids also containing solid substances and suspended filamentary substances.
