Product Overview:
YCZW self-priming pump series integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge, adopts diesel engine driven axial reflux external mixing, and through the unique design of pump body and impeller, no bottom valve is required when using. The pump group can absorb and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities, and can be widely used in municipal sewage and flood control projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. The pump group has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy use and maintenance.

Conditions of use:
1. The ambient temperature does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius, and the medium temperature does not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
2. The medium PH value of cast iron is 6-9.
3. The medium weight does not exceed 1240KG/m3.
4. The self-priming height cannot exceed 5.5 meters, the continuous water absorption height does not exceed 6 meters, and the water absorption pipe length does not exceed 12 meters.d

3. Transmission mode: There are two types: direct transmission and belt transmission. Commonly used power machines are electric motors and diesel engines. When ordering, the model (power, speed) of the power machine should be specified in order to determine the specifications of the pulley or coupling.
4. Water pump steering: Viewed from the water pump inlet, the impeller rotates counterclockwise (650HW-7S rotates clockwise).
